21 Travel Rule 8.1.0: More Counterparties. More Automation.
21 Travel Rule Comes with Built-in Support for TRUST
The latest release of 21 Travel Rule includes built-in support for TRUST, making it the first Travel Rule solution to natively support the network co-founded by leading exchanges like Coinbase, BitGo, and Gemini.
TRUST is an industry-led, peer-to-peer network and is supported by some of the largest crypto entities in the world. Now, VASPs can skip the standard weeks of development work and connect to TRUST out of the box.
21 Analytics’ solution enables access to the TRUST network, which includes leading exchanges such as Coinbase, Kraken, Gemini, and Crypto.com, among others. Through this integration, VASPs can exchange Travel Rule information peer-to-peer with counterparties where the majority of digital asset transaction volume flows.
The upgrade greatly amplifies global reach, ensuring smooth, secure, and compliant data exchanges without delays or blocked transactions.

Create Your Own Rules for 21 Travel Rule with AI
While 21 Travel Rule has been designed to fit any regulatory or specific requirement a VASP may have for their Travel Rule implementation, it is now easier to create custom rules acting on the VASP's own databases, systems and needs.
By introducing the Rules Engine, compliance professionals can define their rules in plain language using AI, with the technical team only reviewing and deploying them on 21 Travel Rule.
This makes it possible for any team member to design rules according to a VASP’s compliance policy, allowing for complete automation, time saved and the reduced risk of human error.
For example, a compliance team may find that transactions from certain jurisdictions create significant overhead or fall outside of the firm’s risk appetite. In many instances a policy could already be in place to reject transactions from such regions but where generalised.
Now, with the Rules Engines, more specific rules can be defined i.e. “reject all transactions from originators based in X over USD 100”, with AI creating the code that implements the rule.
21 Analytics Releases its SDK: Integration-Client
With 21 Analytics’ SDK, Integration-Client, VASPs integrating 21 Travel Rule into their existing systems can do so without additional development work; that is, building integrations from scratch.
By using the standardised toolkit, developers can implement the code faster and with fewer errors. For compliance teams, this means more reliable compliance workflows and faster access to the live Travel Rule solution.
Self-hosted Wallet Verification Methods Updated
The AOPP and Satoshi Test verification methods have been updated, resulting in an even better user experience. Updates include:
- Support for multiple languages
- Full text customisation and company branding in End User Portal
Based on customer demand, the Self-hosted Wallet Proofs page now supports multiple languages.
Furthermore, the AOPP Portal and Satoshi Test Portal texts and landing pages, which end customers view when completing their ownership proofs, can be fully customised. This allows for text changes appropriate to regional requirements, with the landing page matching your VASP's brand and tone.
Through these updates, VASPs can keep user experience aligned with their branding and make compliance processes easier for teams and customers to navigate.
