Digital Token

Digital token is the Digital Token Identifier Foundation's (DTIF) choice of term for crypto assets.  

Digital tokens encompass

• Auxiliary tokens, like WhiteBIT Coin 
• Native digital tokens, Bitcoin
• Distributed ledger without a native token, like KuCoin Token 
• Functionally fungible group of tokens, Tether Gold

Jurisdiction-dependent, a digital token can also be known as a crypto asset, virtual asset or digital asset.
